A great long selfie that is plagued by poor workmanship of the internal stops that crack (I have found multiple complaints and questions on the internet about repairing these segments).
3m is really great, I use it on Insta 360 X4 and DJI Osmo Pocket 3 at the bottom of the handle I attach a dual ball head 1/4" mobile phone holder and I don' t have to hold the mobile in a third hand. see attached photo. In the wind or when fixed on a bike and extended to a full 3m, it is as flexible as a fishing rod, but that is thanks to the material it is made of. It' s a super helper for me. Only perhaps the extension could be motorized, but that will be needed only in the next model.
