I feel like I'm shopping somewhere in a Chinese online marketplace. The product photo does not correspond to reality. I'm attaching a photo. Since it was vacuum packed, I left it for x days. Unfortunately without success. Odour as a bonus - unfortunately unusable for me.

Unfortunately, after unpacking, it smells so intensely of damp musty "mouse" that it stank up my whole room within an hour. I really don't know how to solve this. I can't wash or disinfect it, or at least somehow smell it, as I would lose the warranty, I can't test it yet because of the smell and I can't return it as I am immobile: ( Big disappointment. I think the cause is improper storage - it went as a single from a different warehouse than the rest of the purchase.
I had this product for my husband, after sleeping on it I felt refreshed so I made him to buy it for me, I have had neck pain in past due to some excessive physical activity I'm 164 cm with a 2 inch neck , when I lay on my sides my arms are comfortable and when I lay on my back it keeps my neck centered it's a good pillow I was surprised reading all the negative comments. my only dislike is the smell it gives like that of factory smell out which goes away after you leave it in balcony for 1-3 days. I have memory foam mattress which goes well with this pillow. Just gave out all the details I found the pillow comfortable in.It is expensive a bit but I love this pillow 😁.
