With daily use, the appliance lasted 9 months. In the first few days, it was a great help. The defrosting and rapid heating functions take a bit of trial and error. However, the appliance is difficult to wash, and with use, it gradually started to leak. It all ended when I plugged it in, and upon switching it on, there was a loud bang and it short-circuited. For this reason, I would only recommend it to someone who will use it occasionally.

It's working fine. Sterilises and heats. It takes a bit of a learning curve to learn how long to leave it in for a quick reheat, but you learn quickly. Three heats and you're done. Good keep warm feature. It does what it is supposed to do and we are satisfied, we would go for it again (I have no experience with others). We bought it because it can heat two bottles at once and it can sterilize and maintain temperature. There's no water leaking from under the machine.
