The 4070 is such an economical card that it doesn't even mind the "cheaper" cooler and processing. The card heats to a max of 60°C, the fans are quiet and even with prolonged play in the summer were not audible.
Unfortunately, it has not been made operational. According to the discussions on the forums, it requires updating the motherboard bios to the latest current one that supports the 4070 series, and although I have updated it to version 1801, the card still does not work and gives a NO SIGNAL message on the monitor, so I will return and put the 40XX version behind the hat or where the sun does not shine !: /
