Normally I'm happy with Alza, but this time it's a massive NO! We brought the dishwasher home, installed it, and the water wouldn't go in. We found out that the hose supplied was faulty. I made a complaint about the dishwasher – they were supposed to deliver a new one, but then I found out the arranged installation wasn't going to happen and that they would just leave it behind the first lockable door 🙃🙃🙃 Great – a 40kg dishwasher vs me, a woman, fantastic service. So another complaint.
In the end, they sent me a new hose – fine, do it yourself. Then I discover that after a week the hinges aren't holding properly and the dishwasher keeps opening 🙃🙃🙃 So that's 10k CZK down the drain. I'm definitely not happy, but I don't have the energy to deal with it anymore. They were supposed to take away the old appliance – scheduled for late afternoon, they arrived at 13:40, and I don't have a new appointment time 🙃 Awful, awful, awful. If it were a coffee machine that I could just grab and go, then fine, but unfortunately, I can't manage a dishwasher. The only things that are ok – yes, it's quiet and the app works. I have a Hoover washing machine and tumble dryer, which is why I went for the dishwasher too, but this was a mistake.

I guess we didn't get lucky, unfortunately. You transport everything, install it and get it up and running, and find that the dishwasher beeps insanely loudly in high pitches, even though the product description says "Quiet operation - does not disturb even in the evening when the house is quiet". Too bad, otherwise it looks really nice.

Excellent price/performance ratio
The dishwasher is very quiet
If you like to keep track, the mobile app now shows consumption and number of cycles run.
The sticker with the programs is stuck with air bubbles, so it doesn't look very nice, but it doesn't affect the function.
