We've only had her a short time so the review is on first impressions. Looks quite nice, has plenty of programs, only a few have been tried so far. It's quite quiet when washing, it just hums a bit more when draining the water. Otherwise satisfied, let's see how long it lasts.

The logic of locking the door is hard to understand, it locks even before the program itself starts (wifi mode). If you don't follow the expected order, then the easiest thing to do is to switch between program and shutdown to unlock the door.
I had to look up the complete instructions on the internet. The stylistic treatment is non-existent, I spent some time thinking what text belongs to what setting. Initial setup halfway through the manual, I spent an hour on it before I figured out that pairing with the app can't be started until I confirm the language choice.
Pairing with the application via wifi works only on 2.4 GHz, on modern routers it is common to have both 2.4 and 5 GHz networks under one name. So I had to split the network into two and connect to the slower 2.4 with my mobile. A person without technical knowledge can't even pair it with the manual.
The mobile app is slow. It loads the interface before the data and sometimes I don't know if the operation hasn't been performed or hasn't been displayed yet. Combined with the lousy control range if you have the washing machine between the wall and the fridge, not much. It is also full of errors. It keeps forcing you to set eco mode, you can't skip it. And if I choose not to price my electricity by the day and hour, it cannot be confirmed. Even worse, however, is the possibility of leaving the washing machine to rotate for up to 12 hours after washing. When I turn it on, a notification pops up where the app stops responding completely to touch and back gestures, so I have to turn it off and it pops up again every time I start it - so I can't use the option through the app at all. There are buttons in the programs to adjust the settings, but the greyed out or greyed out ones don't do anything. Intuitiveness is also poor - e.g. when I add a program to my favorites, I would expect it to be at the top of the list of programs, separate from the others and not to be checked in the filters.
