The fridge stopped working after three months. Hisense customer support is the worst and most unprofessional I have ever encountered in my life. It took 2 and a half weeks before the first technician came to inspect the refrigerator and found the compressor broken. We then waited another 10 days for a second technician, who after an hour of installing the compressor said that the service department forgot to order and that we would be waiting another three weeks, which is totally unacceptable. We bought a new fridge from a rival brand and will forever avoid Hisense
