I squeeze the earbuds, rub them between my fingers and immediately insert them into my ears. I hold and slowly count to 40 and I can go to sleep 😁
No pressure in the ears. I think the feel of them will be very individual even by earholes 😊 I'm happy with them, they are soft, they shape well and if you insert them correctly, they sound perfectly. Finally, I can't hear my husband snoring.

Earbuds are good at most as hearing protection against unpleasant noises at work such as dropping metal or using flexi but definitely not for sleeping. No normal noises at all
It is not fulfilling its purpose
