Don’t expect a massive bench; it’s a lightweight bench with aluminium legs and very light – but also soft – wood. I don’t see it as a downside; we wanted a lightweight bench that we could carry around the garden. But the wood is really quite thin, so you have to be very careful when tightening the screws. Well, a few days after I bought it, some termites appeared and there are little holes about 1 mm deep in the wood.: -/
