Service dates are catastrophic. Out-of-warranty repair reported through the manufacturer's website - it only took a week to hear back from the authorized service. I recommend to have the washing machine delivered and connected, it will save you complications in case of a complaint. The first washing machine was delivered with a slightly damaged non-replaceable hose, the complaint was easy, they disconnected the old washing machine and replaced it with a new one and the other one is already without problems. For the first 5 or so uses of the drying program there is a bit of rubber smell, after that no problems. I waited for the review after certain cycles (about 40-60 washes and drying). everything works perfectly. I'm surprised at how quiet this washing machine is. The only negative feature is that it dries too much, ideal to use it only on certain things. After drying the rubber must be cleaned, the washing machine does not have a catch tray like a conventional dryer. When washing, the interior light can be turned on and the situation inside can be monitored. It cleverly uses water, washing gel, disinfectant and fabric softener. It's a huge leap from the 2010 washing machine, like moving from a Trabant to a new Skoda. So far I am fully satisfied. I rate the washing machine 9/10.
