The tablets are really huge, I always have to cut them into quarters and then I can swallow them. When you split it, sometimes the pieces fall apart and then you don't get the exact amount into you. Maybe it's subjective, but for me - I wouldn't buy it again just because of the size of the tablet. It's a shame no one from Gymbeam reads these reviews, I don't think I'm the first one to have difficulty with this. If they reduced the size of one capsule, it would be a product with a very good price-quality ratio
I would say it works - low fatigue, great for recovery
