It' s just a toy. The largest ice cubes are so thin that they melt instantly in a drink at room temperature, even if you put half a glassful in. You can make ice relatively quickly, but at the expense of quality and shelf life. I wouldn’t mind waiting twice as long. I’ve still got my old Klarstein ICE6, and there’s no comparison. The ice tray is smaller, but I’d expected that given the size of the appliance.
