This socket can be set up over a hot spot, but unfortunately after returning (for example 4 days the consumption is stored for one - max two days) so for full history it wants WIFI with internet because it is stupid - respetive smart and it has to eat wifi data and energy.
Unfortunately, WIFI cannot reach from the room to the room. All devices n this room run without problems, but this product absolutely does not. It's a shame, because otherwise it works well.
