Dear all, I have recently purchased this product, but while using it I have encountered a serious problem with the water supply. Connecting water is very difficult and impractical. I have repeatedly tried to connect the water and install the water filter as instructed, but the water does not flow at all, even when the water filter is not installed. I consider this condition to be a manufacturing defect that prevents proper use of the product. I have already sent a complaint but it has not been resolved yet nor have I received any satisfactory response. I hereby request that the complaint be resolved without delay, or that the product be repaired, replaced with a new piece or refunded in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions.
