the door is hard to open, so it can easily happen that the door does not close and the alarm does not work in such a case (the door would have to be open more)
We received a defective piece (too loud gurgling). We dealt with the authorized service, and after two trips by the technician, we returned the refrigerator as part of the claim. Alza has arranged free return collection.

we received a defective piece -- the hum of the cooling circuit was too loud (42-44 dBA, low frequency so it could be heard even with the door closed)
when changing the direction of opening the fridge, some screws would not catch -- some threads were overfilled with soft filler material (but could be removed)
