The GERBER Bushcraft Hatchet is a very high quality and robustly made, design-oriented outdoor hatchet, still compact in size, which you can take with you on camping trips and does not take up much space in or on your backpack. I really like the waterproof box inside the body, which contains paracord and space for matches, it's just a pity it's not a bit longer, a classic lighter won't fit. As far as the chopping itself is concerned, the axe works very well, you just have to get used to the fact that the centre of gravity is shifted forward compared to the classic one, this is due to the construction (the metal body of the axe extends almost halfway and the rest is a hollow space for the shell). What can I say, for this price you get a very nice and functional hatchet with gadgets that you will use a lot, thanks to its consistency. I can only recommend it, I'm really excited about it.
