Nice but unusable chair. Unfunctional height adjustment lever, being sent back for replacement.
the chair is comfortable, textile and foam is good quality.
the armest adjustment, and tilting mechanisms work well
lumbar and head support pillows are good quality and soft, but beware: read negatives
wheels are very smooth and silent
Unfortunately right outside of the box the height adjustment mechanism did not work. Disappointing QC. Now will have to go through shipping it back, waiting warranty resolution, and shipping it back (taking a few weeks). I'd never buy it if I had known it'd be this problematic.
the lumbar support pillow does not have a strap to hold its position
the head support pillow can be only adjusted in a limited range due to magnetic mechanism- (for my height, 174cm, this was managable)
