So the DVD burner from the beginning was making glitches when burning as I am into computer technology and I needed to burn urgently so I disassembled it even though I knew I would lose the warranty what I found inside shocked me. Inside was a 12 year old obviously much used HP notebook burner + miniSATA to USB converter. that's why 2 cables to power the usb. fortunately I found a laptop dvd burner in the stocks another one works after replacing the drive. so you only buy an expensive box with a converter to USB and the drive itself depends on which discarded laptop the manufacturer used it a friend of mine has the same and has a hitachi inside. functional only 7 Years old: -D. it's an outrage and a fraud! These are not new goods !

After inserting the cd/dvd it opens spontaneously, on every 10th attempt it closes
I do not recommend, I recommend a little more expensive but functional solutions from proven brands, for me a big disappointment
