It's my first experience with this type of bonding, so maybe it's not that type, but just that it's just not contrived overall. So the lady on the info line told me that the gun didn't come with a refill (sticks), which wasn't true - 2 11mm translucent sticks are included. So the absence of this in the description, plus the erroneous information over the phone.
Also, as I mentioned the gun leaks because it doesn't return the stick (don't know if it does that with other types). Even though it doesn't return the bar, you can't take it out after you put 2 in. Why? Because there are no instructions in the package at all, so nowhere do they inform you that it is normal for one stick to go all the way in and not be able to be pulled out. As an inexperienced gun handler, some instruction on how to use it would be really appreciated.
