Purchased for the purpose of trimming the Christmas tree before taking it to the dumpster. They fulfilled their purpose perfectly. In another review someone wrote that they were returning them because they were too small. I'm 195cm, my hands are rather large and the scissors fit in my hand, but it's on the edge. So if you have a huge hand, they can be small. But I wouldn't worry about the average person. Ideal for trimming houseplants in a block of flats, but not so much for big trimming in the garden.
