availability of documentation for common troubleshooting practically untraceable, all only general advice, it happens quite innocently that it stops rotating or skips a section even when set to full 360 degrees, or the retractor does not move to the full position - missing about 1-2 millimeters, which of course does not allow the initial state for rotation. You have to figure out many of the problems yourself, which compared to Hunter or Rainbird where you have tons of documentation everywhere, is a downright unfortunate situation and inconsistent approach to the customer, too bad
