Why does it contain ONLY 4 pads for 4 bolts and 4 nuts? The metal belt with the holes on the basket and the belt that is put under the carrier are pulled down with the help of a screw - and on both sides there needs to be a pad, otherwise either the screw head or the mother is cut into the hole in the belt. I had to find and add my 4 pads.
Why are the 4 bolts so short? My bike carrier is a bit bent and it took me a lot of time (and nerves) to install the nuts on the 4 bolts, which only protruded tightly.
Too bad there is not some version of the "Klick" system, where you could just install some kind of holder on the carrier and click the basket there. This way, if I only want to use the basket sometimes, it is a hassle to install it for an hour each time and struggle with the short screws (that is, until I get my own longer screws - but why do I have to buy my own screws and my own pads for the basket? ).
