The keys are flat, so if you need more work, they just cut into your hand. So I recommend to wrap some tape around it (ideally to connect both keys, 2.5mm is really not enough). As the keys are thin, they also tend to slip. For some regular maintenance they will probably be fine, but if you need to dismantle pedals that are "stuck", it is quite difficult with these wrenches.
