Compared to the classic Finish Gel, it washes significantly worse. Dishes that have always been clean with calcium gel are dirty with this gel. We have to wash it by hand or for the next cycle in the dishwasher. Whereas with the classic Finish gel the dishes were always beautifully clean even with a 30 minute dishwasher program, with this "eco" gel they are dirty regardless of the type of cycle, so we have to scrub by hand or re-wash. From my point of view, the gel is less eco than the classic one - more water, energy or detergent consumption on unwashed dishes from the dishwasher.
