I have some small drills from Fieldman, and they have proven indestructible (survived the construction of the loft) - so I thought I'd give this saw a try for a few hundred.
The saw is OK overall, but compared to the saw I've had for over ten years now, which I use to cut construction wood for heating, this one doesn't have the right recoil. The handle presses into the palm and causes a blister. So only with gloves, or just for a quick cut on branches etc.
