I was hesitant about the small cordless sander but in the end it accomplishes exactly what I needed for small jobs. I'm also comparing it to the Fieldmann small sander but on plug-in power -- i.e., it's bigger and you have to put the trunk on for small jobs and that bothered me. This reviewed aku is beautifully handy - I use it for model work. The unfortunate thing is that both Fieldmann grinders have a different size of the inserting shank of the pliers, so you can't use the pliers from the bigger one in this small one.
