I find the Fanatec engine much more precise and refined in its expression compared to the Moz. When you compare the GT DD Pro and the Moza R9, you'll find the Fanatec more pleasant and quieter. As for this bundle, I personally will only use the base and pedals (load cell purchased). I will try to sell the wreath as such - it is very small, plastic and doesn't feel very good in the hand.
