Very high quality protein. Pistachio is fine. However, when mixed with water, they all taste similarly ‘artificial’. But it does the job. Occasionally a bit lumpy. If I want to enjoy it even a little bit, I have it with milk. Otherwise, I use it in yoghurts and quark, and it’s great.
