I picked up the chair at the shop, package total Hard but nothing special unless you're a while. assembling no problem except for 2 screws where in the thread was 3kyble colors, overall packaging ok except for the problem that the lumbar support is missing the connecting cable, it would not even bother me so much if it was universal and not a small rca dumb, so I hope they give me in the store what is supposed to be mine. Anyway, the chair is pretty damn hilarious for the money and I'll see how long the active gejming lasts. Work and love. Price/quality = buy !
