I am buying for the second time. It's just a nice cream and even though it didn't smooth out my wrinkles, my skin tolerates it well and obviously doesn't produce any more. I'd take the SPF factor with a grain of salt, after 2 hours the effectiveness decreases anyway, so I'd rather wear sunscreen in the sun.
