To be honest, we won't be buying another ETA. We had one at home, then we bought a second one for our cottage. But I'm disappointed. The vacuum cleaner has poor suction and I just don't understand what the lower power setting is for. It wouldn't suck up anything at all on that. On the first model, the plastic holder on the charging station snapped, and then so did some plastic doohickey underneath that holds the brush. ETA sent us a new hook, which broke again after six months. So now we've got the brush gaffer-taped to the vacuum. But the worst thing is the suction. On the carpet, I have to go over some spots 5x, and it even leaves bits on the lino. If something's a bit bigger, it won't pick it up. If something's smaller, it won't pick that up either. A huge disappointment, unfortunately.
