The ETA gratus is a quiet companion in the kitchen. It makes brilliant bread dough from a kilo of flour – that’s the most important thing for me. The blender’s great for sauces and soups; I tried making a fruit smoothie. There are several graters, and in no time at all you’ll have both carrots and apples. I would definitely recommend this product; I’m very happy with it.

I appreciate the high-quality workmanship and design. A sufficient number of attachments are provided, and additional ones can be purchased. The robot remains stable even when kneading thick bread dough.
10-year engine warranty following registration on the manufacturer’s website
cable length 1.2 m
option to adjust the height of the attachments – whisks
non-slip feet
Changing the attachments is a bit trickier at first

I mainly use the food processor for baking, and I’ve been happy with it so far. What I appreciate most is that it handles even thicker yeast-raised bread dough with ease and doesn’t lose power whilst kneading. It also copes well with whisking and mixing (the whisk and mixer operate simultaneously). The design is stable; the robot does not move along the line, even at higher speeds. A nice touch is the lighting in the bowl, which is particularly useful in the evening or in darker kitchens. I’m not much of a techie, but it’s easy to use and changing the attachments is quick. The main bowl is really large, which is an advantage when baking larger batches, but it’s unnecessarily bulky for a single cake or a smaller batch of batter. In the end, I bought a smaller bowl from ETA, which I use more often. The robot isn’t completely silent, but given its performance, I think the noise level is reasonable. You just need to stick to the recommended running time of around 20 minutes to prevent the engine from overheating unnecessarily.
The all-metal body looks high-quality and sturdy. I’m just a bit concerned about some of the plastic components, which don’t seem as sturdy as the rest of the robot, but they’ve held up fine so far. If you’re looking for a food processor for everyday home baking and don’t want to spend a fortune on the most expensive models, I think this one offers very good value for money.
elegant all-metal design
simple operation
work bowl lighting
sufficiently large bowl
smooth operation even with thicker dough
price x performance
attachments
some of the plastic parts don’t feel very sturdy
recommended operating time

I’ve only had the robot for a short while, so I haven’t made full use of all its features yet, but I’ve certainly made use of the main ones. The large metal bowl and balloon whisk managed to whip up perfect stiff egg whites for the Pavlova dessert; I was even able to whip them up properly even though I only used two egg whites. The whisk was already well-adjusted straight out of the box, and the planetary whisking system is brilliant. In the glass blender – which can be attached to the top of the main unit once you’ve removed the lid – I tried making a frozen daiquiri as well as a banana shake, and it was brilliant – it even coped with the ice! Another accessory is a transparent container with grating discs and a chopper; as well as grating potatoes for potato pancakes, I needed to chop, or rather Blend the lotus biscuits for the cheesecake – and again, no problems at all.
The only thing I haven’t tried yet is the meat mincer – the tartare will have to wait until it gets a bit colder – but I can already recommend this handy kitchen aid!
I appreciate the robot’s sturdy all-metal body, the LED backlighting, the smooth rotation, the fact that it isn’t too noisy, and its wide range of features
I didn’t really get to grips with the instructions and pictures

The pack contains a large number of accessories, which are very neatly arranged to prevent them from being damaged. Each one is individually wrapped in plastic. Knives that can be detached come with protective caps in the pack. Everything is described very clearly in the manual, including what the different whisks are suitable for. The food processor has a luxurious look, and the LED light makes it practical. Easy to clean. It’s simple to use; the grinder and blender are easy to attach, and the lids are magnetic. It can easily handle larger quantities of yeast dough. The robot adjusts its speed automatically. The dough is easy to work with. It’s beautifully blended. The food processor is slightly noisy, but this is negligible during normal use in the kitchen.
