Since Alza didn't put the palm dimensions for each size in the description, so you don't really know which one to buy, I'm putting it here. I ordered a size M, but it's pretty tight. According to the measurements on the box, I should be a size XL, but L would probably be enough to keep it from being loose, so watch out for that.

I was unable to judge the "M" size correctly. I'm used to the palm width of the gloves and it's difficult to choose between the sizes offered without this information. I don't have a palm like a bear, but I struggle to extend the "M" on my hand. Fortunately, the material is strong and the gloves lasted.
I use them in gastronomy.
Strong and pleasant material
When selecting the size I did not find an indication of the width of the palm, size M did not tell me much
