The grips are well made, on my first ride I was initially impressed. However, after a while, as the "wings" pressed into my palm, it bruised the nerves in my hand, which didn't settle down until a few weeks later. On my second ride I tried changing the angle of the wings (there is a range listed within the instructions, I certainly didn't exceed it) and although it was better in that regard, my wrist started to hurt. So I took off the grips and went back to the classic (+ gel gloves). I certainly don't want to say that the grips are poor quality, but they just didn't fit me.
