Alza has an older version of this arm in the photos. But don't worry, Alza sells the newer better fixed version. There are thicker magnets, which was quite a problem with the first generation, because if the cable was too fluffy, the cap would pop out during handling. The magnets are pretty strong in there now. There is also a crank on the middle joint so it doesn't have to be set with an Allen key which is also a very welcome bonus. There are also new bottom holes for the cable, because some microphones will be suitable for the top hole and some for the bottom.
