I use the product every day and it makes my work significantly easier. Especially when you need to do several things at once, you just simply press a button on the Stream Deck Neo and it's done. There are 8 buttons available, which is more than enough for my purposes. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Stream Deck Neo and consider it a practical helper not only for streaming, but also for general work or gaming.

I take off a star because of the worse response of the touch pads, however, it is probably very individual and each finger will react differently with the surface. I recommend this product to anyone who wants it for an easy way to work on the PC. I personally exchanged it within 14 days for a piece with more physical buttons (mk.2)
