The reverse gear is only engaged from speed three and above, which is too high for narrower joints (up to 5mm). In addition, when loaded with the cartridge inserted, the reverse only occasionally starts, sometimes yes, sometimes no. I caulked a foot of the joint and I'm going back. I definitely do not recommend the product.
