The biggest flaw is that, even for this kind of money, the fan can't do what you'd consider standard. Such as setting the temperature and the fan speed at the same time. You can either set the temperature, or the heating intensity, or the fan speed, but never any combination of them. It's hard to tell if I have a defective unit or if the manufacturer is just providing misleading information, but the display doesn't dim at all even after 10 minutes in a completely dark room. We have to deal with this by covering both displays, which obviously defeats the purpose of buying a designer heater if you have to stick all sorts of makeshift covers over it. And I'll have a little dig at Alza too. I ordered, I paid, Alza postponed the delivery 2x, and then, just to be sure, they automatically cancelled it and created a new one. But nicely at the original price, not the "Black Friday" price. In short, 5/5 for design, 3/5 for features, 1/5 for delivery and a seemingly defective unit.
