I expected it to make cleaning easier, but instead it’s creating more work for me. If you don’t vacuum the floor thoroughly beforehand, you’ll just smear the dirt around. What’s more, whilst using the machine, you can’t see the levels in the tanks, so you don’t know when the clean water has run out or when the waste water tank is full. The design is unstable and, because of the short handle, it’s difficult to use – you can’t even apply any pressure to it. The mop covers are attached with ‘Velcro’; the raised part looks as though it’s about to wear out, and you can’t get any replacements! The cleaning results are only average. I chose this mop because it’s cheaper than the competition. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a poor-quality product that I wouldn’t buy again or recommend.
