A great household helper that does away with all those annoying chores. I actually enjoy cleaning with it and, thanks to it, I no longer put it off.
Vacuuming – illuminated attachment, it's assembled in no time, emptying the dirt is also simple. Smaller attachments also come in handy.
Mopping – absolutely fantastic, it scrubs the floor beautifully and doesn't leave it too wet. I'm amazed at how much dirt is on it, and it makes me feel even better that I've cleaned it.
The battery is sufficient for vacuuming a normal-sized flat, mopping the entire flat on turbo mode, and even self-cleaning. This is great, I can do everything in one go without being limited by the battery life, and within an hour everything is done and the roller is just drying.
I used to put off vacuuming with a traditional vacuum cleaner because it annoyed me having to get it out of the cupboard, assemble it, and then drag the heavy thing around behind me. – This one I just pick up and vacuum, it's absolutely brilliant. Then I just empty the waste and that's it. No hassle at all.
I used to put off mopping with a mop and bucket because I felt like I was just smearing the dirt around and the floor didn't really get very clean, and it annoyed me to have to change the water after every room so I wouldn't be washing the floor with dirty water. Then, of course, the hassle of washing the mop, leaving it to dry somewhere, etc. Yuck. – With this, it's a joy, I just pick it up, at most I have to top up the water, and I can start mopping straight away. I go through the whole flat and then just place it back in the base. It washes the dirty roller all by ITSELF, then I just pour out the dirty water and rinse the container, and then it even dries itself beautifully, really bone dry. Absolutely brilliant. All the annoying chores are gone.
It has an app in Czech where I can set self-cleaning and so on. A notification arrives after drying is finished. After drying, I open the cover above the roller and wipe away any remaining water and dust. I prefer the one-hour drying programme; after the 5-minute one, I felt the roller got a bit sweaty and was damp again after a while.
Great 2-in-1 vacuum cleaner and mop set, I don't have to deal with two appliances.
It is heavier in the hand, both the vacuum cleaner and the dishwasher. But nothing that can't be managed. It doesn't restrict me in any way.
Both are quite noisy, but it is also not something that would put me off.
You can't see how much detergent is left. But if it runs out, the vacuum cleaner will alert me.
It only speaks English. (However, the app is in Czech, and if it wants something, you can read it in the app). For non-English speakers who don't have it on their phone, this could be a dealbreaker.
The original floor cleaner is not available on Alza :(
The floor cleaner shouldn't be lifted during mopping, so if you want to mop stairs with it, you will have to turn it off after every step and then turn it back on again. It would also probably feel quite heavy after a while.

A great, multifunctional household helper - bought at a quarter better price during the Alza days
Amazing ability to vacuum and mop in one - half the time it takes to clean, and we use it a lot more often than if you had to pick up a mop bucket to mop
Really easy to use, you can quickly learn where to refill what and how to use the machine.
It doesn't leave floors too wet, so they dry quickly, and thanks to the rotating brush it cleans stains on the floor very well.
Great for pet owners too - hairs don't get tangled and stuck on the brush thanks to a special mechanism that cuts them before vacuuming into the container (unfortunately, this only has a mop, not a vacuum cleaner accessory, but we counted on it)
What's the biggest gamechanger - for us definitely the self-cleaning and drying, it works really great and the roller is really clean and doesn't smell musty like a mop that hasn't dried properly - the only thing I would have welcomed and what was taken away from this model would have been the drying only - for example if you want to wipe clean water off the floor after bathing and don't need to go through a 5 minute cleaning cycle + then more drying.
Cleverly designed dirty water container with removable filter, through which you can simply pour dirty water and larger dirt, hair, pet hair, etc. into the sink. stays in the filter, where you can easily remove it and throw it in the bin.
Relatively good suction power even for a vacuum cleaner as such - only as other reviews have stated, when putting on a narrow nozzle, the power is lower, but it can still be used: )
When Suction mode is selected, even a carpet with a very low pile can be vacuumed quite well and visually refreshed a bit - due to the damp roller.
The device reports in English the progress during cleaning, charging etc. For example, after 5 min. The self-cleaning cycle alerts you to empty the dirty water container.
The biggest disadvantage I consider to be the necessity of using a product directly from the manufacturer Dreame - Multi Surface Floor Cleaner (using another one can lead to voiding the warranty - as I subsequently found out, this is similar for many manufacturers). First of all, I didn't find this fact mentioned anywhere in the reviews and secondly, unfortunately, the cleaner is rarely and rarely available - I had to get the specific type from another seller and only via the internet. On the other hand - the H14 Dual has an automatic dispenser and there seems to be very little run off as the product is concentrated. So if you get an original once in a while, then it's probably ok.
Due to the large motor, it is heavier in the hand - but this is more of a problem with classic vacuum cleaner accessories, because the mop has powered wheels that make it much easier to work with: )
So far I have not managed to pair the device with the app, so we are "left" to the normal settings within the default mode of the device, but this is not such a critical problem.

I'm thrilled with him. Every woman or whoever should have one: ). Very elaborate and high quality, well thought out.
I enjoy cleaning up with him.
Cleaning is faster and you don't sweat and the self-cleaning function is unparalleled, the roller is really dry and fragrant.
4 in one - vacuum cleaner, mop, small vacuum cleaner, stand-alone vacuum cleaner
self-cleaning and drying is a blast
when you're cleaning yourself, it pulls you, it pleasantly surprised me
is always at hand
the vacuum cleaner itself has lights
speak🤣
for a handheld vacuum cleaner, the short long attachment doesn't seem to me to have that much power, but the twist of the attachment does
lacks service in CR
