In total, I ordered 4 mugs - one from each series. The Queen of Succubi and Necromancer Sigil arrived fine on the first attempt. The problem started with the other two mugs; I received the Gold Edition in good condition on the second attempt after one complaint, but with this Cathedral of Light, it didn't work out even on the third try, meaning I had to return it three times in a row. The problem isn't entirely with Alza (though after several complaints, they could have checked if the next one for dispatch was okay, so I wouldn't have to keep going back for it unnecessarily), but with the manufacturer, FSHOLDING, whose quality control is likely lacking. The mugs have various defects in the ceramic - pits, sharp edges, raised scratches, and so on.
