I have also had a negative experience with a complaint with Alza.cz. The complaint was acknowledged, but automatically settled with a replacement, even though I requested a refund. The communication is complex and comes across as very formal, with no effort to solve the customer's problem. Overall, I do not recommend - both the product and the way the complaint is handled.
