Probably power from about 1300rpm
Over 1500rpm whirring and noise like a sahara in the car, but I have a case and aio from corsair so there was no other option (4x140mm and 6x120mm rx version) if you are on a similar so I would take only RX120mm versions are heard up to somewhere around 1700rpm
If you don't need them directly I'd take the arctic P12 max I think at max rpm they'll be just as noisy but you'll get a lot more draft
