It took us a while to pair with the Wi-Fi, it only worked on about the 6th attempt, but after that, everything worked as it should. This is my second robotic vacuum from Concept, so the app is quite similar, meaning I had no problem with it. I've had it for a few days and I'm extremely satisfied so far. The floor is beautifully mopped, it makes me want to run it all the time to keep it working :-). Of course, it can't mop the corners, but that should be obvious to everyone. So I just occasionally go over them with a cloth. And I was surprised that there were no accessories included with it like there were with my previous vacuum. Only the textile for mopping. But that's just an observation. So I hope it will last me a very long time! And compared to my previous robotic vacuum (I had it for 5 years, replaced the battery once), this is several classes above!

robot was working reasonably ok but after longer period of non-use its mapping got totally messed up. i told it to clean specific rooms, it started running around a different room erratically. also, it fails to recognize animals and keeps attacking my dog. this is insanely irresponsible from the developer.
