I think this product was a joke by some designer that just accidentally went into production. That's why it's called "Serious"! The dust collection container has 3 different openings where things can spill out under certain circumstances. When you try to dump it in the bin, you're guaranteed to have the whole container break into 4 pieces that fall into the bin, but the dust gets scattered all over the place. It's terrible. Otherwise, it vacuums quite satisfactorily. But I empty the container after every yvsing, sometimes during, and every time I feel like throwing it out the window! Even after a year of using it, I don't have a grip on it, it's just poorly designed.
