We use the baby monitor for the children, but also for the animals and thieves. (When we're not at home, we aim it primarily at the front door). We use the parental unit mainly at home. After a few days the charging contacts went out, the parent unit lasted about 10 minutes charged. The product went on complaint very soon. This one is MUCH better quality and works without a problem.

I turn on the Concept and everything works as it should. I hope it stays that way.
