Someone wrote here that it won't fit on a Fabia 1. I pondered the review for quite a while here, measured the steering wheel 10 times, then took a chance and strongly disagree. The cover fits my F1 like a glove. Deployment takes a lot of strength and skill! It's definitely not gonna be dragged in by a lady. You can't expect to somehow plug it in with two fingers like a USB connector on a mobile phone, get a quiet click and it's there. The cover has to be stuffed in there "with an overlap" so that it sticks and doesn't roll.
The way it's snug in there, it doesn't even pull away too much on the inner circumference and there's no need to pull it down with a line like other covers. In another car with a slightly smaller steering wheel, this may not be the case.
Inside it looks pretty good, a handy and cheap solution to the crumbling plastic steering wheel on the old Fabca. The steering wheel is quite thick in the hand with it, I had to get used to it a bit, but in the end I'm quite comfortable with it. For a woman with a small hand, this can be a problem.
On the 4-spoke steering wheel in the Fabia, the pattern on the steering wheel blends quite well with the steering wheel arms and looks quite "original": ) But don't expect the same feeling as the leather package and stitched steering wheel, that's in a different league. This is more of a cheap solution to an ugly steering wheel if you don't want to invest too much in it.
