It doesn't match the description. For filters with a diameter smaller than about 68mm it is unusable.
It damages the surface and paintwork of the filter. It doesn't matter when removing the old filter, but the new filter is scuffed and wrinkled after installation. There is also a risk of the filter wall breaking and causing the filter to deteriorate.
