Definitely buy it assembled. WEDO One by Allego didn't deliver it to me until 3 days after the agreed time to work, because they finish at 4pm (also at their depot). A large package poorly packed, from which the handlebar tensioner fell out, I could not find the securing screw on it. You have to fix the front wheel yourself according to the plan, on which you can see what is missing: in my case, for example. the wheel axle did not have 2 washers (should have been 3). I was unable to get the brake disc pointed so that it didn't scrape against the shoes because it was crooked, as I was told by the repairman I trusted to check my setup. Even at the back of the supplier's bolts were not tight enough and the disc scrubbed. But it was fixed.
