I bought the cable to go with the 45w Samsung charger I have for the S23U, so that the super fast 2.0 charging would work. When connected, it shows that it is charging but after a minute it stops charging. The old Alza cable which is only 3A works with the charger without a problem, so I suspect the manufacturer is lying about the cable parameters.
